Great River Community,
Our annual Fall Fundraiser starts November 7th, at Fall Conferences. Our goal is to get 150 donations (in any amount!) to unlock over $26,000 dollars from our Fall Matching Grant. We have had so many successes this year in supporting GRS do the things that make it a unique and welcoming space for our students. Whether that is bringing back the goats, adding fresh curtains to our performance space or raising over $22,000 for our Key Experiences, we are making a difference! Like many other GRS parents, I am looking for ways to support positive, inclusive change and peace in our world. My students are at Great River School because I believe GRS is a vehicle of that change and peace.
Look for me at the Great River School Foundation table by the office at conferences. Say Hi to us and donate as we walk the Parent Pick-up Line on November 12th, 19th and 21st. Chat with us at the PEG meeting on November 18th. You can even wait until the last minute here on Giving Hive. The official count starts 8:00 am on November 7th and runs through 11:59 pm on November 21st.

Note: The counter on Giving Hive had 23 donations and $4332 prior to November 7. However, as of the morning of November 21, we have collected 49 in-person donations and 9 donations on GiveMN.org adding $1595.01 to the total! This makes our goal on the Giving Hive counter off by 35 donations! We'll keep sharing the math as we go!
